When spring arrives, it means one thing. Farmer’s Market.
Every Sunday after homemade pancakes, we head to the local Farmer’s Market downtown. There are a number of reasons why you should shop at the local markets, but the important one is that it is downright fun. We might be lucky here, as our market is quite extensive. We have wonderful artisan crafts and handmade items, delicious food vendors, (handmade tamales anyone?) music, and produce galore. We tend to do all of our produce shopping at the market once all the veggies are in season. Buying your food straight from the farmer is so rewarding and helps local economies thrive. Plus the food is often cheaper, and organically grown!
You should make it a point to check and see if your town has a local Farmer’s Market for you to enjoy.
Here is some pictures of the Metropolitan family out enjoying this lovely Sunday.
Don’t forget about my Giveaway, its ending tomorrow night at midnight, So enter now if you have not done so already friends.
For now I am off to send out a few more invites to my birthday party, which is a week from today! WOO!

What a beautiful family. I love the farmer's market as well. Sometimes I go to the Brentwood farmer's market by my Mom's house and do some star gazing! I saw Liam Shriber and his wife and child there once. Only in LA will you see paparatzi at a farmers market! LOL!
Love the pics. Great dress.
