Hugging Some Trees

Last Saturday I tagged along with Team Jessup to celebrate the 184th year of the Old Apple Tree in our little town. It was rather fun for my kids, as well as the wee Jessup boy. There were several tree related activities, as well as snacks and live music. I wore my Swirl Wrap dress, and a pony tail, as it was a rather impromptu quest. It's amazing how simple of an event it was, but when in the company of good friends and silly kids, it's really spectacular.
As you can see, they also had a creepy walking tree for photo ops. Amy and I were the tree's favorites.. I'm quite sure.
